You must both a physical address and a postal address when incorporating a company.
A company must have:
- a registered office,
- a postal address, and
- and contact details for communicating with the company.
The address of the registered office must be a physical address in the Solomon Islands. That is, a street address, not a Post Office Box. In Honiara, this should be the name of the building or the name of the neighbourhood. Outside of Honiara, this should be the name of the building, town or village.
The contact details for communicating with the company must include an email address.
